Definition Phase
Success begins at project definition. Working closely with our clients, Cogent places careful emphasis on properly defining the project requirements and scope. Key tasks include selecting technologies, setting best-in-class standards, specifying stakeholders' deliverables, and identifying project risks.
Design Phase
A well-developed functional document is the foundation of a good design. Cogent focuses on total integration during the design phase – delivering a scalable solution with maintainability and operability in mind. Our simulation testing helps to accelerate plant start-up and eliminate performance issues prior to commissioning.
Build Phase
This critical phase of the project requires effective execution of the procurement plan, interfaces, system testing, and commissioning. During the build phase, Cogent will monitor the quality of installation and measure vendor performance in order to assure a successful outcome.
Operation Phase
During the transition into operation, Cogent works with our clients to develop a thorough recovery plan along with best practices to minimize costly unplanned downtime. We also deliver comprehensive training programs to empower your workgroups to manage operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
